StaceyOffice Manager
Stacey is originally from Alabama but grew up in Germantown, Tennessee. Now, she proudly calls NWA her new home. After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics Education, Stacey started her career as a middle school math teacher. Later, she made the switch to dentistry. She and her husband have the joy of being parents to four adult children. At New Image Dental, she serves as the Office Manager, utilizing her leadership skills to maintain an efficient office and foster a positive environment for both our team and patients. When she is not working, you can find her engaging in all outdoor activities such as biking, running, and any type of water sport.

HarlaTreatment Coordinator
Harla dedicated the past eight years of her life to the dental profession, and she is thrilled to have recently become a part of the New Image Dental team in February 2024. She takes great pleasure in connecting with our patients and nurturing strong relationships with them. Outside of work, her favorite moments are spent with family, and always cherishes any opportunity to be near tranquil waters. That can be near a pool, lake, or the ocean. Those are her favorite days!

MayraTreatment Coordinator
Mayra has been fascinated by the field of dentistry for 2 years now, and she has found it an incredibly rewarding journey. Her decision to join the New Image Dental team in April 2024 has been one of the most fulfilling choices she has made. Interacting with our patients, learning about their stories, and building connections are all highlights of her work. During her leisure time, she cherishes every moment with her 2 children. They enjoy the exhilaration of biking along new trails, the serenity of swimming, and the joy of discovering new parks together.

LaurenTreatment Coordinator, RDA
In 2017, Lauren graduated with an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Assisting from Ozarks Technical Community College, marking an important milestone in her career. It was in February 2024 that she embarked on a new journey by joining the New Image Dental team, where she continues to grow and thrive. Relocating to Bentonville, Arkansas in the same year opened up new opportunities and experiences for her. When she is not pursuing her professional goals, she finds joy in reading, exploring the beauty of nature through walks, and staying active through various forms of exercise.

AndreaRDH
Andrea is originally from Little Rock, AR. She moved to NWA to complete her prerequisite coursework at the University of Arkansas before finishing her studies at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. In 2004, Andrea graduated with honors with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She and her husband returned to NWA in 2005 when she joined the New Image Dental team. They both enjoy traveling to new places, spending time with friends and family, and snuggling with their 2 basenji fur babies.

LydiaRDH
Lydia joined the New Image Dental team in the fall of 2015. She graduated with honors from East Tennessee State University with a bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene. She is certified in Nitrous Oxide Sedation, Local Analgesia, Health Care Provider level CPR, Perio Protect Method and Laser. She is a member of the American Dental Hygienist Association, Arkansas State Dental Hygienist Association, and is a participating member of the Dental Hygiene Study Club. Lydia volunteers with underserved children and teens. She loves keeping up with the latest dental information so she can take better care of her patients.

GenHygienist
Originally from Granada Hills, CA Gen moved to NWA in 1996. She graduated from UAFS Dental Hygiene School in 2021. As a dental hygienist, she can get to know her patients and help them get the smile they deserve. Her goal is to have a worry-free, even enjoyable experience for patients when they visit our practice. She always is trying to improve through continuing education and provides the best for her patients. Some of the things she loves are food, coffee, a good podcast, and road-tripping! Gen's favorite happy place is spending time with friends and family.

KristinaNew Patient Coordinator, RDA
Kristina has been in dentistry since 2002 and she has been with New Image Dental for 10 years. She is here to help you as a new patient feel welcome and cared for while building relationships and trust. She will make sure your visit with New Image Dental will be a pleasant one while helping to show you how important proper dental care is for your overall health. She loves spending time with her husband and daughter, going to car shows, and raising money for children.

Tammy has been in the dental profession for over 40 years, joining New Image Dental in 2013 she plans on staying for many years to come. She went to dental assisting school in Fayetteville in 1976 and graduated in 1977, getting her certification in dental assisting. She enjoys working with patients and doing her best to make them more comfortable with the procedures that they undergo in the office. She has been married for over 40 years to her wonderful husband, Bill. They have a farm in Missouri where they raise exotic animals, many of which are rescued in some form or another. Their goal is to make the best possible life for these animals.
