Dear New Image Family,
As a member of the local community, we care deeply about the health and well-being of our patients, families and our team. The Coronavirus presents a unique set of challenges for dental care providers that must be addressed. We wanted to let you know that we are taking every safety precaution to reduce risk of transmission and ensure that our patients, families and our team remain safe. The state government has mandated that all dental practices limit their services to emergencies only, seeing only patients that would otherwise end up in the hospital emergency room if we did not see them.
We recognize that some of these precautions may cause temporary inconvenience, but please be assured that your health and the health of all members of our community is our number one priority. Rest assured we will be here for you if you need emergency treatment. We will have reduced office hours during this time. If you have a dental emergency, please leave a message and we will get back with you as soon as possible to help assess your emergency.
During this time of limited patient treatment, we want you, our patient family, to know how much we care about you. We will be evaluating areas in our practice where we can provide better service not only as we navigate re-opening but also to continue on New Image Dental’s quest to provide excellent service.
One of the main ways we will be keeping you up to date is with Facebook (New Image Dental NWA) and Instagram (@newimagedental_nwa). If you have not followed us on social media, please do! We will be more interactive with you during this time. We will be posting office updates, videos from the doctors, and other positives that may be happening in our local community.
We want to thank you for your understanding during this unprecedented time. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call our office and we will be happy to discuss further.
You are in our thoughts and prayers during this time.
Drs. Adam Socia and Andrew Briese
